PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known facility in Gallatin TN We are now hiring Press Assistants/Sit down Forklift operators Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm Training is 11am-7pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with operating a forklift sit down
• Basic computer knowledge
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate in a professional demeanor when dealing with the public or any level of employees.
• Ability to safely work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Ability to work overtime

The employee could be exposed to extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Responsibilities:

• Sit down forklift operation
• Moving Barrells
• Dumping scrap hoppers
• Printing labels
• Uses a variety of gauges to check quality of parts
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment always
• Enters data into Measurlink
• Follow all rules, regulations and work processes set forth by the company
• Hold self-accountable to create and maintain a safe working environment
• Competently perform all tasks with a focus on safety within a fast-paced environment
• Contributes to team effort by focusing on continuous improvement and success for the entire team
