A day in this role
You’ll turn raw truck bodies into paint-ready showpieces. You’ll prep, refine, and ready each surface so our coatings lay down clean and durable—work you can see and be proud of on every delivery that leaves our floor.
What you’ll do

• Prepare truck beds and components through masking, taping, sanding, and washing.
• Operate wet and dry sanders, grinders, and pressurized paint guns with care and consistency.
• Apply solid prep techniques for single-stage paint systems; use body filler (Bondo) when needed.
• Follow safety protocols; successfully complete a Respirator Fit Test and wear an N95 respirator while working.

• Hands-on skill with sanding, grinding, and paint equipment.
• Familiarity with body filler, single-stage paint, and power tools is preferred (not required).
• Commitment to quality finishes and safe work practices.
