Simpson Strong-Tie in Gallatin, TN is seeking an Associate Packer to pack products efficiently while meeting safety, quality, and production goals.
This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Department Manager and works Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:30am, with overtime as needed.
You will follow the packing schedule, ensure product quality, report issues to the department lead, and maintain a clean work area to support a safe manufacturing environment.
