Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Continuous Improvement paid Intern to support operations, product quality, and manufacturing performance.
You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze processes, and apply Lean initiatives in a fast-paced setting. This hands-on internship runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, through December 31, 2026, with learning in problem solving, data analysis, and teamwork.
