About This Role
As the RN Manager for Home Health at HighPoint Homecare, you will oversee the coordination and supervision of clinical services, ensuring high-quality care for home health patients in compliance with physician orders and regulations.

- Pay: $58,800 - $105,000 annually
- Provide clinical services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws.
- Receive referrals, ensure appropriate clinician assignments, evaluate patient orders, and plot start of care visits.
- Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals.
- Ensure patient needs are continually assessed and care rendered is individualized to patient needs.
- Review assessments and plans of care daily and consult clinicians with recommendations as appropriate.
- Education: Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice
- Experience: Home care experience preferred

Certifications:
Current CPR certification required;
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance required
