Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Up to $35/hour – Day Shift and Night Shift. Hiring Immediately. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Responsibilities- Provide care for residents of the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties include medication administration, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
- Current Tennessee license — LPN
