The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Home Health position in Gallatin, TN. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, performing clinical assessments, wound care, medication management, and education to patients and caregivers, with a focus on preventing hospitalizations.
This 3‑month assignment may extend; schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours per week.
