Neighborhood Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services at our Tennessee health centers. You will work under protocols with the Chief Clinical Officer, supporting ambulatory care, coverage, and care coordination.
Must be a licensed NP in Tennessee with RN/MSN in primary care, 2–3 years of experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills. This role supports behavioral and dental health integration and will advance meaningful use of electronic health records.
