Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide quality health care in a Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and possess the necessary skills to work with diverse patient populations across all age groups.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical environment.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and manage IV insertion.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN licensure in Tennessee.
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical/Tele nursing experience.
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, NIH. - Experience with IV insertion is required.
