Service Advisor - Davidson

• Respond to various inquiries and requests via telephone and email daily, communicating with internal employees and external business or service partners;
• Open work orders, and prioritize and schedule work for technicians;
• Manage all administrative aspects of the workorder process;
• Charge out work orders to the customer and internal in a timely, profitable manner;
• Prepare warranty work orders for Warranty Administrator when required;
• Provide backup support for payroll when required;
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding ongoing changes, delays, or additional work needed.

• Previous mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset;
• An ideal candidate would possess mechanical experience, extensive customer service skills excellent communication skills both oral and written;
• Strong administrative and computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or less occasionally;
• Must be comfortable walking, sitting, climbing stairs, etc. while performing duties;
• Must work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested;
• Experience in PFW/CDK business systems would be considered an asset.
