We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This is a consultative sales role focused on converting warm leads into satisfied customers. • Engage with warm leads via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Guide customers through the quoting and ordering process
• Review and revise quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

• Prior experience in sales or a call center environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
