Signal - - Responsibilities:
Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are secured;
Write detailed and accurate incident reports using company technology and app-based software during each shift;
Arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, and adhere to time commitments and dress code;
Interact with internal and external customers on site to cultivate a customer service relationship and provide peace of mind;
Deescalate issues professionally and promptly; report information to Branch Supervisor; maintain equipment and comply with post orders
