SUMMARY

• Manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities of assigned Contract Security Officers at the field level while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, client expectations, post orders, company policies, procedures, and established standards. Serves as a working supervisor who performs the duties and responsibilities of a Contract Security Officer in addition to assigned supervisory functions. Provides leadership, direction, training, inspection, reporting, and administrative oversight to support effective and consistent security operations.
  
  Responds to client needs and operational issues and communicates matters requiring management attention in a timely manner.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exercises direct supervision over assigned Contract Security Officers and provides leadership and direction regarding daily security operations, post assignments, performance, training, and compliance. Provides management with information regarding the operational status of assigned posts and personnel. Serves as the senior supervisory representative during assigned hours and is responsible for addressing operational issues within the scope of assigned authority.
