Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to support a large‑scale data center construction project in Gallatin, TN. The role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and hands‑on experience supporting enterprise‑level telecommunications infrastructure.

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and related equipment
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Configure and program telecommunications devices and systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure reliable and seamless network operations
• Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate documentation for equipment inventory and service activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Stay current on emerging telecommunications technologies and best practices

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)
• Previous experience in telecommunications or a related technical field
• Working knowledge of routers, switches, and structured cabling
• Familiarity with VoIP, PBX systems, and basic network protocols
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment
• Adaptability to changing technologies and job requirements

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gallatin, TN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
