Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to support a large‑scale data center construction project in Gallatin, TN. The role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and hands‑on experience supporting enterprise‑level telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and related equipment
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
- Configure and program telecommunications devices and systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure reliable and seamless network operations
- Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for equipment inventory and service activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Stay current on emerging telecommunications technologies and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)
- Previous experience in telecommunications or a related technical field
- Working knowledge of routers, switches, and structured cabling
- Familiarity with VoIP, PBX systems, and basic network protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment
- Adaptability to changing technologies and job requirements

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gallatin, TN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
