Entry Level Low Voltage Technician

TEKsystems is looking for Hardworking Entry-Level Low Voltage Techs for a Data Center Project! Job Description TEKsystems is hiring entry level Low Voltage Technicians to support a major data center project in the Greater Nashville area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the low-voltage and cabling trade. You will work alongside experienced technicians and receive on-the-job training while supporting daily cabling and infrastructure tasks inside a large-scale data center.

• Pull, install, and label structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6).
• Perform basic terminations, punch downs, and cable organization.
• Assist with building out pathways, racks, and patch panels.
• Follow direction from leads and work safely on-site.
• Maintain clean work areas and handle tools/equipment properly.
• Support general low-voltage tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

• No prior experience required – training is provided.
• Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Able to handle physical, hands‑on labor in a blue‑collar environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working on your feet and using basic hand tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.

Contract to Hire position based out of Gallatin, TN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.

Fully onsite position in Gallatin, TN.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 25, 2026.
