Duration: 4‑Month Project (Potential Extension/Conversion)

Schedule: Mon‑Fri | 7:00 AM‑5:30 PM (50 hrs/week required)

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hr

Job Type: Contract, fully onsite

TEKsystems is hiring entry‑level Telecommunications Spotters to support commercial construction projects in the Greater Nashville area, with opportunity to move into a long‑term low‑voltage role.

• Assist with telecom installation and support
• Troubleshoot basic network issues
• Support the team to ensure connectivity
• Track equipment and follow safety standards

• High school diploma
• Strong work ethic, reliability & attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work on a team
• Telecom knowledge or experience (preferred)
