• On-Call: 4–5 days per month for call‑out coverage.

Our laborers help keep industrial facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly every day.

$17.00-$19.00.

• Perform general industrial labor in demanding industrial environments.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and job site tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly wear PPE.
• Be available for scheduled on‑call coverage (4–5 days/month).
• Work closely with your crew and supervisors to knock jobs out safely and efficiently.

• PPE provided (except steel‑toe boots) $100 annual boot allowance after 90 days.
• Uniforms provided and professionally laundered + $1/hr shift differential for weekend shifts.

• Reliable and ready to work.
• Comfortable working long shifts in hot, dirty environments.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Safety‑focused and able to follow directions.
• Must provide steel‑toe boots (boot allowance available after 90 days).
