Dominium seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Chapel Ridge of Gallatin, a 208-unit apartment community in Gallatin, TN. You will lead the maintenance staff and ensure the property’s appearance and operations meet standards, while coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
The role requires hands-on expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs; HVAC and EPA experience preferred, with a valid driver's license.
