• Compensation per the Jet Access Flight Crew Compensation Plan, variable based on aircraft assignment and experience.
• This position is classified as FLSA Exempt.

The Captain serves as the final authority on every flight, leading operations with an unwavering commitment to safety while delivering the premium client experiences that define Jet Access in the marketplace. This role demands technical precision, professional presence, and the kind of sound judgment that aircraft owners and passengers trust with their lives. The Captain sets the tone for every flight and reflects our standard of excellence from push‑back to block‑in.

• Conduct all aircraft operations in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual, company policies, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Exercise operational control on behalf of the Director of Operations, maintaining final authority over all flight decisions.
• Lead and mentor assigned First Officers, fostering professional development, crew cohesion, and the application of sound aeronautical decision‑making.
• Maintain current proficiency and type competency as a required crew member on the assigned aircraft, completing all recurrent training within required timelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with flight and duty time limitations, rest requirements, and fatigue risk management standards.
