We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Gallatin Distribution Center, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to help us build something great from the ground up.

• Title: Forklift and Building Materials Operator
• Location: Gallatin, TN (USA-TN-Gallatin)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (full‑time, occasional Saturdays)
• Shift: Day (1st)
• Job Type: Experienced
• Job Level: Individual Contributor
• Primary Departments: Operations, Manufacturing, & Construction

• Operate propane/gas forklifts to move building materials safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers and rail cars
• Perform manual labor (55–65% of your day) in an outdoor environment
• Accurately count, record, and document shipping/receiving activities
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations
• Uphold safety standards and speak up when something doesn’t look right
• Use basic math skills and computer systems to support daily operations

• High school diploma or GED
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs
• Forklift Operator experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions five days a week and occasional Saturdays
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑first mindset
• Commitment to wearing required safety gear and following safety protocols

Start at up to $22.38/hour, with opportunities for overtime and performance bonuses.

Work Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm — enjoy your evenings and weekends, with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.
