Logistics Associate, Warehouse Operations

As a Logistics Associate, Warehouse Operations at Amazon, you will help power our Transportation & Logistics network by accurately receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working within the Warehouse & Manufacturing team, you'll operate material handling equipment, use handheld scanners, and follow standard operating and safety procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and verify against documentation
• Organize, restock, and maintain clean, safe warehouse aisles and storage areas
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets
• Report equipment issues and process discrepancies promptly
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
