Warehouse Equipment Operator

Amazon is hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to support fast, accurate fulfillment in a high-volume Retail Trade environment. In this role, you'll operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial trucks to move, load, and stage inventory safely and efficiently. You'll use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track products, maintain inventory accuracy, and meet strict quality and productivity targets. Working on-site in a fast-moving, customer-obsessed culture, you'll uphold safety standards, inspect equipment, and support continuous improvement while gaining opportunities for growth across Amazon's global operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial trucks to move and stage inventory.
• Load, unload, and transport pallets and packages within the fulfillment center.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track, scan, and verify inventory.
• Inspect equipment before use and report safety or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow strict safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Amazon's customer-obsessed culture.
