Viva Senior Living - Up to $27.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Distribute and document medication for residents in accordance with physician orders and regulations;
Assist residents with activities of daily living and follow Plan of Care;
Supervise and care for residents on a daily basis;
Observe, supervise, and record resident self-administration of prescribed medications;
Document and report changes in residents' condition; maintain daily log
