CCTE Hall Monitor

* Log in buses' arrival times/Log out buses' departure times

* Collect attendance from programs of study

* Deliver correspondence from CCTE Office to programs of study

* Meet and greet students, parents/guardians, sending school personnel, and faculty

* Collate reports, materials, and documents

* Retrieve mail

* Generate tardy passes for CCTE students

* Perform general clerical duties (i.e., construct binders, file documents, make copies)
