Position Summary- Opening the gallery for visitors
- Maintaining oversight of gallery visitors
- Aiding in the installation and take down of exhibitions
- Creation of labels for exhibitions
- Answering the questions of gallery visitors
- Answering the gallery phone
- Ensuring the safety of all art work
- Other duties may be assigned in the Fine Arts Area
Preferred Qualifications
- Availability to work mornings preferably beginning at 9am
- Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word
- Punctual, Reliable and Organized
- Availability to work evenings until 5pm
