The Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role that serves customers by assessing needs, recommending products or services, performing entry‑level vehicle services, and ensuring satisfaction. This role provides a pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

$14.40 – $21.51 per hour

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution – 75%
• Basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tire, and fluid changes – 25%
• Store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays – as needed
• Assisting the manager or acting as Manager‑On‑Duty when necessary
• Learning all aspects of store operations and flexing between front and back‑shop tasks

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid automobile driver's license
• Customer service orientation and growth mindset
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
• Ability to learn and operate store systems

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/training that demonstrates a growth mindset
• Experience in consumer retail sales
• Automotive experience
• Management or supervisory experience
