We're seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Manager to lead a high-performing automotive repair facility in Gallup, New Mexico.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced A-Level or Master Technician who enjoys advanced diagnostics, mentoring technicians, and improving shop performance while helping lead the growth of a rapidly expanding automotive group.

- 5-7 years of experience as an A-Level, Master, or Diagnostic Automotive Technician
- 5+ years of automotive management experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership and technician development experience
- Ability to balance hands-on repairs with shop leadership
- Diesel experience is a plus but advanced diesel repairs are not required
- $108,000 base salary
- Target earnings up to $120,000
