The New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation seeks a Transition Counselor to collaborate with assigned school districts, deliver Pre-Employment Transition Services to students with disabilities, and support their path to employment.
Under supervision, you will develop lesson plans, teach independent Pre-employment skills, and coordinate with educators, families, and service providers to ensure individualized transition activities are carried out.
