Welcome to Conoco Phillips, where innovation and excellence create a platform for opportunity and growth. Come realize your full potential here.
** Who We Are
** We are one of the world’s largest independent exploration and production companies, based on proved reserves and production of liquids and natural gas. With operations and activities in 13 countries, we explore for, develop, and produce crude oil and natural gas globally. We are challenged with an important job to safely find and deliver energy to the world. Our employees are critical to our success, and with them we power civilization.

We’re grounded by our SPIRIT Values – safety, people, integrity, responsibility, innovation, and teamwork. These values position us to deliver strong performance in a dynamic business – but not at all costs. We believe it’s not just what we do – it’s how we do it – that sets us apart.
** Fostering an Inclusive Work Environment
** To deliver superior performance, we create an environment that respects the contributions and differences of every individual. Wherever possible, we use these differences to drive competitive business advantage, personal growth and, ultimately, create business success.
** Job Summary
** Conoco Phillips holds approximately 782,000 unconventional net acres in the Delaware Basin, spanning west Texas through southeast New Mexico. Current development activity targets prospects in the Avalon, Bone Springs, Wolfcamp and Woodford formations while balancing leasehold obligations and permit terms. We operated ten rigs and three frac crews on average during 2025, resulting in 176 operated wells drilled and 161 operated wells brought online.
During 2025, net production averaged 661 MBOED.
** Position Overview
** The Delaware Operations Center (DOC) Operator monitors and optimizes oil and gas production across well sites and central facilities from a centralized control room. The role uses Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems to track real‐time conditions, respond to alarms, and coordinate field activities so production targets are met safely and efficiently.

You will apply disciplined alarm management and cross‐functional collaboration practices to maintain stable operations, reduce downtime, and support safe decision‐making during normal and abnormal conditions.

This is an office-based role with a 7/7 day‐night rotating schedule. You will coordinate activities with multi‐skill field operators and engineering teams to keep equipment running, manage product movements, and validate production losses so repeat failures are prevented.
** Your responsibilities may include:
*** Monitor and optimize production from the Delaware Operations Center using Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems; track pressures, flow rates, and equipment status to ensure production targets are met.
* Apply disciplined alarm management practices (ANSI/ISA‐18.2) to prioritize, respond, and document alarms; reduce alarm flooding and improve operator response during abnormal conditions.
* Oversee central facility equipment performance remotely (compression, separation, stabilization, dehydration) to maintain throughput and equipment health.
* Coordinate crude oil hauling dispatch and product movements to prevent tank overfill, trucking delays, and sales interruptions; align target vs. actual nominations.
* Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams; share real-time data and agree on priorities that improve production, safety, and reliability.
* Track, analyze, and validate production losses daily and monthly; capture causes, confirm corrective actions, and prevent repeat events.
* Issue and communicate work priorities to multi-skill operators (MSO); adjust plans when conditions change and ensure safe execution aligned with permits and procedures.
* Support incident command and regulatory documentation during abnormal conditions and events; ensure records align with applicable policies…
