- Manage HTRW projects end-to-end in compliance with contract scope, schedule, and budget
- Prepare and manage work plans, APP/SSHP, PMP, QCP, and UFP-QAPPs for PA/SI, RI/FS, and remediation tasks
- Develop cost estimates and track job costs
- Collaborate with Contracts and Operations on SOW development, bid evaluations, and status reporting
- Supervise technical staff and field subcontractors, including drillers, geophysics teams, laboratories, and surveyors
- Review field and after-action reports
- Serve as primary liaison for federal clients, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders
- Lead site investigations, characterizations, long-term monitoring, and remediation projects
- B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience supporting federal/DoD clients; USACE, AFCEC, and NAVFAC experience preferred
- Active PE or PG required
- PMP certification preferred
- 40-hr HAZWOPER with current 8-hr refresher and Supervisor training
- 30-hr OSHA Construction Safety
- USACE CQM
- Working knowledge of EM 385-1-1
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and report drafting
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to travel and obtain military base passes/security clearances
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Demonstrates expertise in managing HTRW projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and leading site investigations and remediation efforts. Proficient in project management, budgeting, and collaboration with federal clients and regulatory agencies.
