We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. As a Financial Services Representative, you’re the face of World Finance – empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers.
Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.
What You’ll Do- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Process, prepare, and execute loan applications and close current renewal loans.
- Take and process payments, balance assigned cash drawer daily, and prepare daily branch bank deposits.
- Transport money to and from the bank as instructed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build a community within your branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-confidence, organizational skills, and a history of caring for others.
- Willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas.
- Team player attitude.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, including ability to transport bank deposits.

- Opportunities for internal promotion (80% of reps promote to management annually).
- Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasional lifts up to 5 lb and may exert up to 30 lb of force.
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
