Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Management

Vanguard Real Estate Solutions is seeking to hire a Project Manager. The bulk of our work involves negotiating right of way and access for infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on renewable energy and helping to improve communities.

Position:
Project Manager. Manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders, focusing on land management, project coordination, and client relationships.

• People management:
  You will work on multiple projects with a wide variety of people. Take ownership of maintaining strong relationships with clients as well as staff.
• Project planning:
  Support the design and management of projects in a variety of energy disciplines.
• New business acquisition:
  Work with existing and potential clients to design project plans that meet their interests.
• Staffing:
  Full lifecycle staff management from interviewing to project closure.
• Documentation:
  Generate reports, project documents, hiring actions and the like.

• Personable:
  Strong collaboration and people-management skills; experience in staff management.
• Project management experience:
  Demonstrated PM experience in land management is required.
• Tested:
  Able to demonstrate relevant experience and provide strong references; typically several years in a similar role.
• Organized:
  Ability to keep work organized and facilitate coordination among project parties.
• Field work:
  May be required to visit sites and mentor agents; travel to site locations is expected.
• Title experience: 8+ years of experience running surface and mineral title work.

• Education:
  
  A degree in land management is a plus, but relevant experience is valued as well.
