Responsibilities- Regional Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers across the West Region.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular check-ins, and support career development.
- Allocate resources based on workload, project risk, and build priorities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety.
- Identify and champion process improvement initiatives to deliver efficiencies and cycle time reduction.
- Project & Program Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of fiber network construction projects (planning, permitting, construction, closeout).
- Maintain market and regional project schedules, identify risks, and drive mitigation activities.
- Ensure adherence to engineering, construction, and safety standards.
- Track deliverables and address issues that may impact timelines or quality.
- Leadership and reporting of key performance metrics for the region.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering on designs, scope adjustments, and build readiness.
- Coordinate with Permitting teams to monitor approval timelines and resolve delays.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure material forecasting aligns with build plans.
- Work closely with Network Operations for handoff and activation readiness.
- Vendor & Contractor Oversight
- Develop positive partnerships with subcontractors and manage vendor execution and delivery.
- Experience in fiber, telecom, or utility construction project management.
- People leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of fiber construction (aerial, underground, MDU, splicing, testing).
- Ability to manage large portfolios and complex schedules.
- Proficiency with project management tools and field operations platforms.
- 11% Bonus
- $140k - $150k
