Lead and develop teams by coaching and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback;
Coordinate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction;
Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses;
Hire, train, mentor, and supervise hourly associates; set clear expectations and provide recognition;
Ensure customer service initiatives and community outreach programs are implemented and customer issues are resolved.
