Bachelor’s degree required — Master’s preferred

3+ years as a Facility Administrator or in healthcare leadership

5+ years managing substance use treatment services preferred

Inpatient or outpatient detox experience highly preferred

• Lead daily operations across residential, detox, and outpatient programs
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and facility performance
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Build and support a strong clinical and operational team
• Drive program growth and quality of care
