Branch Manager

Circle of Life is growing and were looking for a Branch Manager
to join our Gallup Branch. Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. We provide services for seniors, children, and people with disabilities, and our mission is to “honor those we serve.” We take pride in the responsibility we have caring for our clients so that they can stay independent in their own homes and communities because we believe that home is the safest place to be.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gallup office.This can include processing payroll, reviewing client care plans, and ensuring our clients are receiving the exceptional health care services they deserve.
• Work alongside Corporate Leadership
  to ensure financial benchmarks and revenue goals are being met.
• Building meaningful relationships with those in the healthcare community
  . You ll be working with case managers, physicians, and other referral sources to help those in the community maintain their independence and stay in their homes.

Qualified applicants should be comfortable working in the Microsoft Office Suite. Applicants should have excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. This position also requires applicants to be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged.
