• Provide patient‑centered nursing care in line with physician orders and protocols.
• Assess patient conditions, document notes, and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, adhering to policies and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and institutional policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Document care activities accurately in electronic health records for transparency.
• Hit patient‑care and throughput targets while maintaining high‑quality service.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Maintain professional development through ongoing learning and competency validation.
• Participate in performance reviews and contribute to team‑wide merit‑based recognition.

• Active RN license with current state board certification.
• Current CPR and basic life support certification.
• Experience administering medications and IV therapies per protocol.
• Proficiency in electronic health records documentation and charting.
• Strong patient education and family communication skills.
• Ability to meet patient‑care and throughput targets with quality focus.
• Team collaboration across interdisciplinary care teams.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and competency validation.
• Experience with quality improvement and process optimization.
