Responsibilities- Provide patient‑centered nursing care in line with physician orders and protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, document notes, and monitor vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments safely, adhering to policies and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and institutional policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records for transparency.
- Hit patient‑care and throughput targets while maintaining high‑quality service.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Maintain professional development through ongoing learning and competency validation.
- Participate in performance reviews and contribute to team‑wide merit‑based recognition.
- Active RN license with current state board certification.
- Current CPR and basic life support certification.
- Experience administering medications and IV therapies per protocol.
- Proficiency in electronic health records documentation and charting.
- Strong patient education and family communication skills.
- Ability to meet patient‑care and throughput targets with quality focus.
- Team collaboration across interdisciplinary care teams.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and competency validation.
- Experience with quality improvement and process optimization.
