Nurse Practitioner Internal Medicine Gallup, NM Full-Time
She Recruits is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a post-acute care practice in the Gallup area. This role is designed for a clinician who values both patient-centered care and a healthy work-life balance.
Why This Role?- Flexible scheduling options: full-time (3.5 5 days/week) or part-time (1 3 days/week)
- Post-acute inpatient care setting
- On-call rotation during the day (M F only)
- Supportive, team-oriented environment
- Provide comprehensive internal medicine and primary care services
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions with a personalized approach
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team and physician partners
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome
- Active New Mexico license required
- DEA preferred (not required)
- Competitive fee-for-service model with uncapped earning potential
- Expected annual range: $100,000 $ 120,00+ (productivity can push well beyond this)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus at start
- $10,000 retention bonus after 2 years
