Position: Full Time Registered Nurse - L&D - Up to $60/hr + $10K SignOn!

Full‑time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care in a high‑volume unit east of Gallup, NM. This role supports physicians, midwives, and patients through delivery, pain management, and post‑natal education.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor and delivery process

Monitor maternal and fetal health, administer medications, and assist with pain management

Support physicians and midwives during deliveries and surgical procedures

Educate and support patients and families on the birthing process and postnatal care

Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation

Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and clinical expertise

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
