Structure, support, and scopeThe Nurse Supervisor of Float Resource Pool will report to a Director of Nursing Operations while collaborating closely with a House Supervisor, resource coordination teams, and service‑line leaders to optimize staffing, throughput, and surge response. The Nurse Supervisor will guide a friendly, collaborative team of float RNs and clinical support staff, mentor emerging leaders, standardize evidence‑based practices, facilitate daily huddles, drive continuous improvement, and champion a diverse, inclusive, and compassionate culture across med‑surg, telemetry, critical care, emergency, perioperative, and specialty units.
