Position: Temp to Perm OR Circulator RN - Up to $60/hr!

The role is a temp-to-perm Operating Room Circulator Registered Nurse in Gallup, NM. You will coordinate patient care and support the surgical team during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety. This position offers competitive compensation and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient care and support the surgical team throughout the procedure

Prepare the operating room by ensuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile

Assist surgical teams while maintaining a sterile environment

Monitor patients’ vital signs and condition during surgery and report changes

Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and comfort

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, scrub techs, and other team members

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico (or compact license)
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
CNOR certification a plus
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum 1 year of recent OR circulator experience
