• Provide direct nursing care to residents per established care plans and standards
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse responses
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and documentation accuracy
• Respond to clinical changes and emergencies in a timely, professional manner

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts

• Ability to complete credentialing and background checks as part of the assignment
