Full Time Er Registered Nurse
Full Time ER Registered Nurse near Gallup, NM. Provides rapid, high-quality care to patients with urgent, emergent, and life-threatening conditions. Requires critical thinking, fast-paced work, and patient-centered emergency care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department.
- Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or compact license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
