As a Dialysis RN, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Charge Nurse while providing exceptional care to patients receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments. You will also assist in supervising Patient Care Technicians to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.

** What You'll Do*
* + Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease.

+ Complete and document comprehensive physical assessments before and after each dialysis treatment.

+ Monitor patients throughout treatment, recognizing and responding appropriately to changes in patient condition.

+ Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocols.

+ Complete monthly medication profile reviews to ensure optimal renal care and medication management.

+ Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, Patient Care Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

+ Participate in all required patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

+ Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.

+ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

+ Help ensure appropriate staffing levels to support safe, high-quality patient care.

** Qualifications*
* + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

+ Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain as required).

+ Dialysis or nephrology experience preferred; motivated nurses with strong acute care experience are encouraged to apply.

+ Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
