Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care in Gallup, New Mexico. Local assignment. Start date 09/01/2026 for 7 weeks. Weekly pay range $843–$900 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (07:00–19:30). Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facility, travel - temporary assignment.

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses
• Provide direct resident care, including hygiene, mobility assistance, and activities of daily living
• Monitor vital signs, assess for changes, and report findings to the supervising RN promptly
• Document care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date resident records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans as assigned

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (or eligibility for NM licensure)
• Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with a 3x12-day schedule and 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Available to start 09/01/2026 for a 7-week assignment
• Travel - temporary assignment eligibility; local assignment status noted in the posting
