Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Responsibilities

• Patient Care:
  Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment, including physical assessments, monitoring patients during treatment, and documenting care activities.
• Medication Administration:
  Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications as per physician orders.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning, while maintaining staffing requirements under supervision.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and participating in staff meetings and continuing education.

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail in patient assessments, medication administration, and adherence to safety regulations.
