Full-time Pre-Operative/PACU nurse position in Gallup, NM. Provide nursing care before and after surgery, ensuring patient safety and collaboration with surgical teams. The role requires an active RN license in New Mexico and recent experience in Pre-OP and PACU settings.
Key Responsibilities:Provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Pre-Operative and PACU settings.
Assess patients' conditions before surgery and monitor them during and after surgery.
Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and assist with patient education and discharge planning.
Maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff.
Active RN license in New Mexico
BLS and ACLS certification needed by start date
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Pre-OP and PACU settings
$10,000 sign-on bonus
You hold an active New Mexico RN license. You have at least two years recent Pre-OP/PACU experience. You are BLS and ACLS certified by start date
