Overview

Euromonitor International is looking for a researcher to collaborate on a Market Research opportunity. The researcher will work on project-based assignments with project managers based in LATAM, focusing on consumer markets. The position is contract-based, ideal for self‑starting individuals who can begin within two weeks and desire flexibility. The role includes personal visits to stores in Northern Mexico
.

• Analyze fruit‑juice sales by country, citing trends over a specified timeframe.
• Identify leading players and market share in selected categories such as shampoo.
• Assess market potential for new products in a target country, recommending channels and positioning strategies.
• Compare performance of two companies, uncovering strategic and operational factors.

• Preferably located in Northern Mexico
  , comfortable with contract work and able to work remotely.
• Access to a personal computer and the Internet.
• Available for 30–35 hours per week during projects.
• Prepared for store visits and secondary source information gathering.
• Strong problem‑solving, independence, open communication, deadline focus, and tenacity.
• Disposition to visit local stores and discuss the industry with key staff.
• Experience with Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in market research and tenacity.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and self‑motivation.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected changes in project scope or start dates.
