Support the Restaurant General Manager by managing shifts and completing administrative duties.;
Provide leadership in the absence of the RGM to maintain Taco Bell standards.;
Ensure Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads complete duties and serve safe, quality food.;
Assist with facility maintenance, hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads; ensure health and safety standards are met.;
Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile; provide feedback; follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies; read reports and respond to problems.
